This type of belt is called a "duty" belt .

This implies that it is worn by officials - military, security guards, and police. The belt is designed for carrying weapons in a holster, spare magazines in pouches, and various types of equipment such as flashlights, handcuffs, and others. The belt is made of thick nylon fabric with a special thread structure, a water-repellent impregnation, and a polyurethane coating. Under the fabric, the manufacturer added plastic inserts for additional rigidity of the belt. The plastic "Fastex" buckle with a triple locking system will protect you from the unexpected opening of the belt.
