M-Tac Soft Shell Winter Pants.

The soft shell fabric combines the heat-insulating and breathable properties of fleece with the wind and moisture resistance and strength of an outer layer. The outer surface blocks the wind, and the inner layer of the fabric wicks away excess moisture. It is used as a top layer in off-season and winter. For additional comfort during cold periods of the year, the manufacturer has added a fleece lining.
